Twenty-three years in mortgage lending has taught me the importance of customer service. Obtaining a mortgage loan can seem overwhelming. I put my clients at ease with the process by answering all of their questions, keeping them informed, returning their phone calls, and looking out for their best interests. I know what the clients needs are by asking questions and listening.
I'm a believer that experience, honesty, integrity and ethics speaks volumes in the mortgage lending business. My tenure as a loan officer is based on the practice of these virtues.
